Victor Schwab Promoted to Deputy Provincial Auditor of the Office’s Education Division effective August 1, 2022

Mr. Schwab served most recently as a Principal in the Environment and Infrastructure Division

REGINA—July 29, 2022: Victor Schwab, CPA, CA, CITP, CISA, will become Deputy Provincial Auditor of the Education Division on August 1. Mr. Schwab has worked with the Office for more than 30 years. He is one of the IT specialists in the Office and a key member of the Office’s Information Technology Advisory Committee (ITAC) for many years, as well as involved on the Institute’s Bylaws/Rules Committee since 2007. Mr. Schwab has vast experience working on audits in the Environment and Infrastructure Division, including performance audits, and looks forward to leading the Education Division. He assumes the role from Trevor St. John, CPA, CA, CISA, who is moving to lead the Finance Division effective August 1, 2022.

Mr. St. John has extensive knowledge of the Summary Financial Statements and working with the Comptroller's Division.
